Chanell has recently returned to the Affinity team but has been working in the mortgage industry for 4 years. Mortgages "run in the family" for Chanell, since her father is a Mortgage Broker as well. His passion for helping families achieve homeownership was passed down to her.
Chanell is a Colorado native who returned to her home state after attending college at the University of South Florida on a track scholarship. Though she majored in Early Childhood Education, she decided to pursue marketing, which eventually led her to become a Mortgage Originator. She loves to network and provide support to many different types of borrowers. She also feels that being a native gives her a unique vantage point within the mortgage business.
When not at work, she enjoys all things outdoors. She loves to golf and spend as much time as possible with her two daughters.
