After serving in the U.S Army for 12 years, Dwight began his career in the mortgage industry. His experience as a logistics specialist enabled him to view loans in a unique way. His talent and dedication quickly led him to management positions within the mortgage industry. After helping to create retail branches and several joint ventures with top real estate companies Dwight decided it was time for him to start his own company.

His 2 decades of experience as a loan officer has led the Affinity team to be second to none in the Colorado Springs area. With a focus on customer service and a heart for service, he has built a business model that reflects these attributes. As the owner and executive loan officer, Dwight takes pride in mentoring his employees while ensuring they operate under the same ethical standards he set for himself when starting the company.
