Kevin Chan

Kevin is proud to be a Colorado native. He was born here in Colorado Springs and has witnessed firsthand the growth and development of Colorado Springs from a town to a city. He is the newest member of our team, but was licensed prior to joining us. 

Kevin holds degrees in Marketing and Management from UCCS, where he also played for the golf team. Before making the move into the mortgage industry, he worked in service management and was also an assistant golf professional.

Kevin says that the impact of buying his first home had such a profound effect on his life and propelled him into the mortgage career because he wanted to help others do the same. He enjoys helping homebuyers navigate the complicated home buying process and helping families start a foundation. I believe in building genuine relationships and provide local knowledge and insight.

When not at work, you can find Kevin in the mountains, playing golf, fly fishing, or with his Black Lab.
