It’s official – we’re licensed in Georgia!
Georgia is now the eighth state we have the privilege to be able to do business in. Though we’re headquartered in Colorado, obtaining licenses in other states is part of an overall commitment to client service.
Whether we meet our clients here in Colorado or knew them long ago in another state, our dedication to lifelong service means being there wherever you end up. Colorado Springs is home to many military installations and if you know our story, then you know we have deep roots in the military community. Many of our past clients are veterans or currently serving, and we know that many of our future clients will be as well. Since the military can take its soldiers to states across the United States and even to other countries, our clients can continue to work with a company they are familiar with for their home loan needs. When everything else is brand new, familiarity can help the transition.
We’re also committed to helping our client referrals – wherever they may be! No matter where you live, working with someone you trust that comes highly recommended makes the whole process easier.
Beyond this, our team of 10 talented Loan Originators have networks that span the nation. Some have families and friends in other states, some used to live in another state before they moved here, and some have relocated out of Colorado and wanted to stay with our company.
Whatever the reason, our state licenses allow us to help clients in ways we couldn’t before.
